Such a unique Gin! Firstly, it is ever so slightly sweetened post distillation with Queensland Honey so you will notice a faint honey hue to your bottle. During your first taste, the mid tongue sensation of cloves and cinnamon are followed by the sweet citrus taste of mandarin and coriander and then light scent of rose. Juniper and our blend of Pistachios, Walnuts and Hazelnuts give this gin a fantastic rounded depth of flavour. The mouthfeel on this gin is amazing between the fatwash of the nuts and the addition of honey, it is sure to be a favourite in martinis, spritzes and other cocktails.
