Our Spice Dry Gin is a favourite at our Brisbane Markets.

A bright and lively Classic Dry Gin with Spice! A classic Gin style with spice notes of Cardamom and well balanced with Juniper and Coriander & Angelica Root.  Rose, Lemon Peel and Rosemary bring in floral, citrus and herbal notes  Enjoy this great flavourful Gin in your favourite Mediterranean Style Tonic. It pairs well citrus and floral and herbal garnishes and is a highlight in cocktails due to its robust flavour profile.

40% ABV

NOTE - Coloured naturally with Butterfly Pea Flower and will vary in shades of purple. It will change to a pink colour with the addition of tonic or citrus. Keep the bottle out of sunlight as the natural colour will fade over several months.
