🍋 The Lemon Cloud Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Botanik Lemon Chiffon Cake Liqueur

  • 60ml oat milk or almond milk (or dairy if preferred)

  • 15ml vanilla syrup or honey syrup

  • Dash of ground nutmeg or cinnamon

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: lemon zest or toasted coconut for garnish

Method:

  1. Add liqueur, milk, and syrup to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled and lightly frothy.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with lemon zest or a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
