This week we’re chasing the soft glow of twilight — that moment when the day exhales and the night begins to hum. Inspired by your travels through Paris and Nice, this cocktail is a sensory passport: silky, aromatic, and designed for slow sipping as the city lights flicker on.
Ingredients

45 ml Botanik Aussie Contemporary Gin

20 ml Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)

15 ml Fresh lemon juice

10 ml Lavender syrup

Top with chilled sparkling rosé

Method

Shake gin, cassis, lemon, and lavender syrup with ice.
