This week we’re chasing the soft glow of twilight — that moment when the day exhales and the night begins to hum. Inspired by your travels through Paris and Nice, this cocktail is a sensory passport: silky, aromatic, and designed for slow sipping as the city lights flicker on.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Botanik Aussie Contemporary Gin

  • 20 ml Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)

  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice

  • 10 ml Lavender syrup

  • Top with chilled sparkling rosé

  • Garnish: edible flower + lemon twist

Method

  1. Shake gin, cassis, lemon, and lavender syrup with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.

  3. Top gently with sparkling rosé.

  4. Garnish with an edible flower and lemon twist.

Ritual

Before sipping, swirl the glass three times clockwise — a nod to the Parisian café ritual of stirring sugar into espresso. Invite friends to join in the swirl, creating a shared moment before the first taste.
