Mood Story


This week we’re chasing the mystique of Dubai’s spice souks — where cocoa sweetness mingles with cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla in the air. This cocktail is velvety, lightly spiced, and designed for slow sipping, perfect for cooler evenings or intimate gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 45 ml Cane Dubai Chocolate Liqueur (See Product)
  • 20 ml Vanilla bean syrup
  • 15 ml Cinnamon-infused cream (lightly whipped)
  • 10 ml Cardamom honey (optional for extra depth)
  • Garnish: grated nutmeg + cinnamon stick 

 

Method

  1. Shake chocolate liqueur and vanilla syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Float a spoonful of cinnamon cream gently on top.
  4. Drizzle cardamom honey if desired.
  5. Garnish with nutmeg dust and a cinnamon stick.

 

Ritual


Before sipping, swirl the cinnamon stick three times in the glass — a nod to the spice market ritual of sampling aromas before choosing. Invite guests to join in the swirl, creating a shared sensory moment.


Serving Note
