Ingredients

45 ml Botanik Pink Contemporary Gin

15 ml elderflower liqueur

20 ml lemon juice

10 ml raspberry syrup (or muddled raspberries + simple syrup)

60 ml soda water

Fresh raspberries + edible flowers for garnish
Method

Add gin, elderflower, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake gently — just enough to chill and blend.

Strain into a chilled tall glass filled with fresh ice.
